MIMS Academy is very actively involved in conducting academic programmes on various specialities. It also conducts diploma and degree courses in Nursing and paramedical areas like radiology, CSSD, dialysis etc,. The hospital has been recognized by the National Board of Examinations to conduct Dip NB programmes on various specialities. Department of Nursing at MIMS is headed by Qualified and experienced graduate nurses. The nurse patient ratio is more than the recomended one by the Indian Nursing Council and all the nursing staff are qualified and registered with state nursing council. Continuous inservice education is a main feature by which the nurses are trained to update their knowledge and handle all the state of the art equipment independently.
